I recently visited this property and was impressed with its prime location, accessibility and inside atmosphere that too comes with an affordable price. It is relatively a new property and well maintained with adequate parking spaces. The management team is professional and responsive enough in addressing their tenants concerns. I had a very nice get-to-know-each-other kind of discussion for almost 30 mins during my day work, and found them friendly, supportive and comfortable to partner with.
This place is suitable for the early stage business and business owners who would like to have a feel of modern office even to their startup employees with an affordable price at a prime location.
